Product overwiew
Rally Nation is a real-time social layer for live sports and casual games. Fans spin up groups, chat during games, make friendly picks/challenges (zero betting UI), and jump into mini-games fast.
Task
Ship a gambling-safe, high-tempo experience with instant onboarding, deep-link invites + graceful fallback, low-latency chat/presence, and an AI assistant that helps users pick a game, set rules, and start playing in seconds.
Objective challenges
Gambling-safe design: predictions without money visuals; clear copy and guardrails.
Real-time at scale: low-latency chat, presence, and state sync at peak traffic.
Friction→fun: 0→1 onboarding, quick-start flows, Open in App / Get the App / Continue in Browser fallback.
Signal vs noise: alert patterns (toast, modal, full-screen) tuned for live play.
Social loops: easy group creation, shareable results/highlights to drive return use.
